Somthing Happened on Our End Try Again

My proper name is Carlo, I am also using Windows 10 pc and customs member like you. Let the states work together to sort this out.
Here's the steps you can try.
-Click Start, type Powershell and run as ambassador
-Re-create and paste each of the command below and hit Enter
PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Command "& {$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest}
Get-AppxPackage -allusers Microsoft.WindowsStore | Foreach {Add together-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
Restart and check.
If effect persists, take a screenshot of the something went incorrect error and mail i hither for me to identify the cause of it, usually there is an error lawmaking below it.
Also bank check the version of Windows installed.
-Press Windows key + R
-Type winver and hit Enter
It will show y'all the Windows and build version and mail it here.

Hi Carlo,
It looks similar the powershell script is missing a " at the end of the first script I added that in however the second script throws the following error

I capeesh your time getting back to this thread, If the consequence persists, perform Repair Upgrade, it will repair and replace any corrupted system files.
Step 1: Download Media Creation Tool from Microsoft.

Click "Download Tool Now"
Footstep 2: Run MediaCreationTool.exe.
Step 3: Choose "Upgrade this PC now".
Step four: Select "Keep personal files and apps".
Step 5: Allow it install
Restart once done and bank check.

If effect persists even after repair install, y'all may consider to perform clean installation, save all your important files in a external bulldoze to foreclose any information lost and proceed with make clean installation.
